ANGEL DAYAN & ASSOCIATES

“Personal Accountant Who Cares”-TM
*CPA of Texas and Philippines-(non-CA)
Please print
your own “Tax Checklist Organizer Guide” on the website that will help you
gather all your tax documents and information.
April 15 is only the last day to file your income tax
forms, but not to pay taxes. The
last day to pay taxes without penalty was December 31, or January 15 or every
three (3) months if you have no tax withholding on salary. Tax forms submission
for our clients is quite different and unique, it is anytime all year
‘round, and not just during the February 1 to April 15 “government driven
deadline”. We remove our clients’
worries and we deal with due dates very differently.
We also teach our clients during our “Monthly Business Forum
and Building Business Profits Seminars and Workshops” presented by selected
Resource Speakers. The net proceeds of our events goes to the benefit of the
non-profit organizations, Philippine Institute of CPAs of Orange County, in the
California Chapter (PICPA-OC) and The American Life and Learning Center® Call
our office to join these organizations and for our next Business Forum
schedules and location.
We speak before Groups of Doctors and Professionals, Real
Estate Brokers and other Organizations.
Recent Topics presented: “The Tax Benefits of Buying and Owning a Home”
the “1031 Tax-Free Real Estate Property Exchanges” and “Real Estate Tax Lien
Discharge/Release.” “How to Qualify as a U.S. Tax Resident.” “How to Obtain an Individual Tax I.D. Number
in Lieu of a Social Security Number.”
Call our office for schedules and information.
We write a bi-weekly Tax Column for the Philippine “Mabuhay”
News in San Diego and Los Angeles. Recent articles: “The Tax Collectors in
Jesus Time” and “Jesus Christ and the Temple Tax.” Call our office to get a copy of these articles. We give Tax Presentations to Christian
groups and discuss Christian Financial Concepts. Call our office for schedules and information.

home-based business. How to deduct legally the expenses for “fun” (sports,
