When we signed this letter below we have accepted you as a client to provide the services you requested that we discussed/described below. Thank you for choosing our firm for tax-accounting services and other related business matters. We will work on your behalf to maintain the trust and confidence you have. Our initial consultative discussion with you is billable at $250 dollars minimum fee for half-hour of consultation. This initial fee may be waived based upon our agreed work and retainer engagement when we have accepted you or signed you up as a client. It may also be credited to you in our future services. By paying $250 dollars now, we commit ourselves to service your needs.

Enclosed is a copy of our firm’s “PRIVACY POLICY & PRACTICE DISCLOSURES” for your information in compliance with the law. KEEP THIS IN YOUR FILE.
